Yoga — Instructed by Phyliss Schlegel

Students are invited to work at their individual level on a variety of yoga postures. Pranayama practice, meditation and relaxation are part of every class. Roll out your mat every Tuesday and Friday! Yoga is held on Tuesdays & Fridays, 10am-11am at the Sea Isle City Library, except for the following dates in 2026: 7/3, 11/3, 11/27, 12/25 Ms. Phyliss Schlegel, certified yoga teacher has been teaching at various locations in South Jersey since 2004. She continues her education with annual classes, reading and learning from her students. In addition to the classes at the Sea Isle City Library, she also currently teachers at the South Seaville United Methodist Church and the Dennis Township Senior Center.
