Yoga on the Beach

Reconnect with your body, breath, and nature in a traditional Hatha Yoga class infused with Qi Gong, healing therapies, and modifications for all levels and abilities. Classes are held daily at 9 a.m. on Burk Avenue Beach behind the Wildwood Convention Center. Open to all ages and levels. Cost is $8 cash or Venmo per class, $8.50 if paid through the website, or $5 for ages 12 and under. Bring yourself, your breath, and enjoy mindful movement set to the rhythm of the sun, surf, and sand.
