Costumed dogs and their people bring Halloween to the Ocean City Boardwalk at the HSOC Howl-O-Ween Parade on Saturday, October 24, 2026. The parade starts at 3 p.m. and follows the Boardwalk from Sixth Street to 14th Street, with proceeds benefiting the Humane Society of Ocean City.
Day-of registration and packet pickup for preregistered participants begin at 1 p.m. at the Ocean City Sports & Civic Center, Sixth Street and Boardwalk. Parade entry is $10 per dog. Arrive in time to complete registration or pick up your packet before the 3 p.m. parade start, and keep dogs leashed.
The parade is part of Ocean City's Dog Days weekend. Leashed dogs are welcome on the Boardwalk Saturday, October 24, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, October 25, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Howl-O-Ween Parade takes place Saturday only.
