Rachel Rodgers Dolhanczyk, Museum Curator at Bayshore Center at Bivalve and museum board member, discusses the A.J. Meerwald and the history of New Jersey’s oyster industry. Museum trustee and collector Antoinette L. Braca will also bring oyster plates from her personal collection. Free admission; reservations are required because seating is limited.
