Children ages 0–5 can wear a favorite costume for stories, songs, dancing and Halloween fun.
Children ages 0–5 and their caregivers are invited to wear their favorite costumes for books, songs, dancing and more at the Lower Cape Library. No registration is required. For information, call 609-463-6350 ext. 300. The program will be held in the Joseph Millman Room.
