Beginner Photography — Learn Your Camera. Instructed by Kathy Libby

All events are tentatively scheduled and may change. Please see the CMCL Events Calendar on our website, follow us on social media, and subscribe to our weekly eNewsletter for any and all updates. By the end of this 6-week hands-on class, you will know how to operate your digital camera, how to take photos, and have a firm grasp of important photography terminology! Bring your DSLR or Mirrorless camera (make sure it’s charged and you have a memory card) AND bring the user manual. Note that Point & Shoot cameras will not be covered in this class. I have had an interest in photography since high school and got my first SLR film camera as a college graduation gift. I started studying and fell in love with photography. When digital cameras came about, it took me a while to jump on the craze. Now, I love it. I've been shooting digital photography since 2014. Living at the shore, I spend a lot of time taking landscapes at the beach. I love sharing my passion for photography with others--teaching people how to capture their memories. -Kathy Libby www.KLibbyPhotos.com This is a 6-week course taking place on Mondays, 1pm-2:30pm at the Cape May City Library: Nov 2 Nov 9 Nov 16 Nov 23 Nov 30 Dec 7 All registrants are required to attend the first class of a series.
